What services do you offer?

CKMG offers a range of digital and print marketing services for our clients. Our services include: web design, logo design, social media campaigns, photography and custom designs. A full list of our services can be found on our ABOUT page.

What is the best way to contact you and start my project?

You can submit the form on our Contacts Us page and provide details about your project.

Do you take consultations?

Yes. We can schedule a complementary 15 minute consultation for new clients.


When is payment due?

A 60% non-refundable deposit is due to begin all projects and final payment is due before the release of digital or printed resources.

What forms of payment do you accept and how do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and bank transfers. We invoice through Freshbooks.

How long will it take to get my designs?

Our turnaround times vary based on the scope of the project and the delivery of content by the client. Below are typical turnarounds. However, your turnaround can be shorter or longer depending on the complexity and size of the project, and our communication.

Logo Design: 2 to 3 weeks
Web Designs: 6 to 8 weeks
Brand ID Design: 10-12 weeks
Custom Designs: 10 to 15 business days

Printing turnaround times vary based on printing partner and materials being printed. An estimate will be provided at the beginning of your project.

How do we communicate?

We use email as our main means of communication. We like to use the email correspondence as reference when we are able to begin working on a project. This helps us to keep things in order and to keep track of project details and answers to the many questions that we usually have for clients. But you don’t have to worry. We are known to respond right away (usually that day or at least within 24 hours).

We will be communicating with you often during the design process. We will need specific feedback and your approval to continue the work. Responding to our questions in a timely manner will allow your design to progress.

Regular communication is critical to the design of your project. Failure to communicate with us about the design process for a period of 72 hours (whether expectedly or unexpectedly), will result in your project being placed on hold.


Late Fees:

Client has 10 days to make their final payment once the project is complete or a $100 late fee will be applied for every week that the client is late after that time.

Print Fees:

Design costs paid to CKMG are non-refundable. Printing costs paid to CKMG are refundable only if printing error is determined to be our fault. We are not liable for damages incurred due to printing errors or problems from our files if full specifications from your printer were not provided or were incorrect/inaccurate, or if you supply the wrong files to your printer. We provide the design files via email or online only. No actual items will be shipped to you.


Revisions / Client Sign-off:

If you sign off on the design work once we send you the finalized graphic image files and you see something that needs to be changed or fixed – you will be charged for a revision fee of a minimum $35 (this even includes typos that may have been a mistake on our part). It is important to proof read and review your final artwork before giving the approval to finalize the design. CKMG is not liable for any errors on artwork once approved and finalized by the client.
